E case status update

Did anyone get the e case status changed / updated after that last update where it all said ( application received)?

My e-Cas status changed today, 6/1/09 from Application Received to CIO-Sydney Eligibility Review Complete.

I received an email/AOR on 5/27/09 giving me file number that starts with letter "B". This change from last week was reflected in e-Cas status today, 6/1.

Did you apply under the new rules? What office?

Yes, new rules. I sent my application on Sydney CIO. My visa office is Buffalo, NY.
