E cas status disappeared

My Ecas is also back today with RBVO status. Is it again a glitch.Well now its more than a month since E-CAS started showing confusing and contradicting status messages.Does any one have any idea on what is going on ?

Skan,Did you ever sent a Case specific enquiry or reconsideration request to the VO?

Hi Rlex,
I hav sent a case specific inquiry on 25th June, no reply received till date, e-case again disappeared today, I have not received rejection letter yet so cannot send reconsideration letter as i dont know the reason of rejection.

Have you received your rejection letter? and hav u sent any case specific inquiry or reconsideration request? on what date u got DM status? mine turned into DM on 25th May 2012.

It has been almost a month that I can't access my ECAS but hey guess what?

I just received today an email from CEM and they are requesting for our passports because our visas for PR are ready to be issued.

It seems that if you can't access your ECAS is a good sign after all!

God is good all the time!

Thanks MIK77. I am a pre Feb. 2008 applicant. I applied Nov. 2004, got refused 2010, filed an application for judicial review which I ultimately won. Had our medicals last Jan. 2012. That's 8 years all in all.

It was a "subjective decision" I think by the visa officer. You need a Canadian lawyer to file an application for judicial review of your case.
