E cas status disappeared

i can access my ecas but no address

I am unable to login to my ECAS since Monday(19-06-2012). What could be the issue? Any comments? My NOC 0213.

Till last week I was able to check the status of my file on E-cas but when I wanted to check the status today it doesnt work and gives me the below error message praying that NDVO is working to send MR(AMEN)

One question, as my ECas has returned without address, so should i send an email with my address? Does this means, they have lost my address?

ECAS status:

They're just checking the authenticity of your documents. In most cases, this could take a very long time depending on your visa application. If the ECAS status "disappeared", better check it to immigration office. Sometimes, there are technical difficulties.

That really happens sometimes. Maybe, they are taking too much time in the authentication of your documents. Or some technical difficulties suddenly occurred.

But better consult your immigration office for the assurance that nothing is wrong.

I tried to contact my VO twice but they don't respond. I called 1-888 (CIC) the machine said the date they received my papers. Should I be worried?

After one week , I still don't have access to my ecase :'(
also i am too worried for my medicals due to passing 3 Months & 11 days of my recieving my file Number ???

Hope My Medicals come soooooooooooooooooon

My ecas is also not opening with the info given. Thinking positively that my file might be on an officers table. Hope for the best!
