SO I have a DUI from the state of Washington that is two years old. I have paid all fines and have completed all rehibition class ordered though I am still on probation. Anyways, my work may need me to work there a a couple times a month.

Is there anyway I can get entry into Canada, or do I need to wait five years??

You only have to wait 5 to be able to apply for the criminal rehabilitation process. This is permanently solution to the problem.

However, since it hasn't been 5 years in your case you can't do that. But what you can do is apply for a TRP which is a temporary resident permind instead. This is not a permanent solution but it will allow you to travel to Canada temporarily and help to overcome your criminal inadmissibility.
