Dubai Driving Licence in Canada ?

Hi,

First of all i would like to say Thanks to the Admins of this Website which helped me getting my PR, as i could not find any other social site which helped me like Canadavisa

I recently got my PR under 2132 Category, I just want to know the following things from our Extremely Helping Members

1. My Dubai Licence is valid in Canada if not what will be the procedure to change it.
2. I was planing to go to canada and get PR Card, come back to UAE To cancel my present employment visa and keep searching for jobs in canada in the meantime (Is there any member here from Abu Dhabi under my same category ??)
3. Which State will be good for Me being 2132 Category Person. (Toronto/Vancouver/Ontario) :

1 - as per my knowledge dubai license cant be converted to canadian . You would need to appear for test however a few things are exempted ( same like any pakistani/indian driving license) , note that driving license should be 2 years old.

2 - once you land in canada you need to get a PR card, this can take 30-45 days I believe. Once you have it you can come back and then re-enter canada later.
3 - I guess Toronto
