Driving license test waiting in Ontario

Hi Guys ! Help needed, For Newly land immigrants, how much is the waiting time to get DL exam in Ontario? does it vary city wise too ?? which city exam is easy to pass !

Ontario is huge. How would an average person living in a city like Toronto knows the waiting time / easier to pass of another city like Timmins?

Thank you .Understood but what i am asking is if some one fly from alberta just to give the DL exam how much easier it would be. How much is the waiting time?
