I have a driving license issued to me in india around 2012 and have been driving car and bikes since then.I am moving to victoria BC on a work permit and will be staying there.So if i bring a driving license extract while applying for a canadian driving license will they ask me to surrender my indian license.I dont want to beacuse when i come on vacations i want to be able to drive in my home state in india.
Also if i surrender my license do they inform indian authorities and if they do do i need to attend driving tests all over again in india to get one which seems unnecessary as i will be spending max a month here on vacation.
