Driving License Record from US

Hello Everyone,

I have lived in New Jersey and Massachusetts .

For my driving history in New Jersey I've the following details

• Certified Driving Extract
• Non Certified Driving Extract

Please advice if I need DO11 as well, in addition to the above listed details.

What did you end up in doing? Did you also fill DO11 form? Also have you requested abstrat for NJ via mail? I have a question now, when they ask for the address, can i give my friend's address as i have now moved to Canada or do they mail it to the address on my License( which i do not want to happen).

You could get it a couple of weeks before you plan to move to Canada.

Can we request for the extract after moving to Canada and done with License exchange? Any idea?

Does it have to be clean record before it can be exchanged?
