Anybody knows how to get a driving license in Montreal,Quebec.I already have international driving license as well.Is there any exemption for the candidate who already has a driving license?

Nop. Take your local driving license. Depending on the length of that license, they might give some sort of exemption like you won't have to wait for years to give the final exam. International license are only applicable if you are driving for a short period of time (they won't allow you to drive using that if you are a resident (even a temporary one) over there for more than 3 months I guess). But that length of time varies between provinces.
