Driving extract and DL

I have 10 years of driving experience. I went to kitchener centre for updating my experience in my DL but they said there's some technical problem with my DL and also with the extract. But they refused to disclose the issues. I have both the docs from Bihar. Please suggest me a way to update my experience here

You may try it from a different drive test center.
I know its tedious but unfortunately that's how it works here.
I have had such experience and I am sure you may find more such if you search this forum.
