Doubt regarding Dependent section

Hello All,

My wife came to Canada with me as a dependent. Then We have applied for Open WP for her. But, She is not working as of now.

My question is regarding one of the section in IMM0008. In Dependent section :-
UCI : In the Spouse Open WP, the number is there. Can I put that.
Status : What should I put in this - Visitor or Worker ?? (As mentioned above, She is not working but having Open WP).

Also, her National Identity is not in English. DO I need to translate that into English?

2. Worker
3. If her National Identity Card is not in English, you require a certified translation.

BTW - I have another doubt, in dependent form IMM 0008DEP whose name and sign should be in the "Consent and declaration " section.

1. Who need to sign the document? Main Applicant or dependent
2. My spouse came to Canada as a dependent (Visitor) and then after 2 months of stay she applied for open work permit . So In `Current Country of resident` section
Status = ?? , FROM = ?? and To = ??
Do I need to put status as Worker for her entire stay ?

3. Previous countries of residence :- Do I need to mention `Canada` details ? Currently we are in Canada.

4. My wife's national identity is not in English. From where in Toronto can I get the certified translation.
