I am trying to see if I can get points for arranged employment under OINP HCP (Human Capital Stream) Program.
I have a full-time job offer from an employer for whom I am currently working for part-time since I am an international student. And this job offer is not LMIA approved.
Can I still get 10 points for arrangement employment and 5 points under adaptability?
Another question I want to ask is that my job offer is though full-time but does not say anything about the length of job contract to be 1 year. Does the job offer letter should specifically mention this for sure or it is understood?
