Hello mates,
We are getting together all the papers to create the profile, I've got the WES results from my studies but we are still waiting my wife results. Can we create the profile and add that later? Or would be better to wait?

I hope you could help me with that.

Thank you

We went on with it, considering the primary applicant has both wes and ielts results. You can update with the secondary applicant's results later on. If you have enough points without wes by the next draw you can move on to the next stage.

I strongly advise you wait for her's to come through first before you submit. I just want to make something clear. Creating profile is different from submission so yes you can create the profile but do not submit it yet until after her WES report has been completed. But be aware that WES many at time take more than the standard 20 business days as stated on their website before it is completed.

Yes, I know that. Mine was like 30/35 days.
About creating but not submitting, you are right, is what I'm doing. I have the profile ready just waiting for her WES report.
I'm gonna follow your advice and wait for her.

Thank you so much.

why not? We submitted ours without my IELTS and WES because i still hadn't taken them. Once done you can update your information normally (update, transmit changes and sign that the information added is true etc...)

Few clarifications:
  • You can submit your profile with as much less information as you wish to
  • You can keep updating your profile as many times as you like and re-submit it as many times you wish
  • E-Apr submission after getting an ITA is what matters
  • After this stage you cant change anything

Exactly. If they have enough points pre-adding the secondary applicant's ECA results, they can get ITA without it

Ok, then I don't to what to do lol
I have an appointment with an immigration lawyer the next week, I think I'm going to wait and see what he says.

But thank you all very much for your advices!

Honestly (and personally) don't bother with a lawyer or a consultant unless you're worried about some serious issues. They overcharge you to fill a simple form to which you will provide the same information. Someone on this forum for example got asked for a birth certificate which is not a needed document.

As for your above question, I am currently doing that without any issues. The problem is changing information AFTER you get ITA.

Well, is not only to fill up the express entry form. Our work permit will expire on June 22th and we need an alternative to stay here in case we don't get ITA on time.
I tried to get a LMIA with my company, but is not possible for my company to pay me the hour rate for my noc, so I cannot get a positive LMIA.

We want to know what can we do to extend our stay here.

I would like to ask in which province did you get the job?. If the job offer is in the following provinces you may take advantage of the Atlantic Immigration Program(AIPP): Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador and Prince Edward Island. Under this pilot program, you do not need a LMIA. I hope this helps.

LOL, no, you must include your wife in your profile, but you can update her information with the WES results later.
