Hi,
Planning to apply for FSW-2014 but not sure whether qualifying it.As my work experience is like first 9 months as part time(19 hours a week) paid,then in same company 10 months full time.then there is break of 3 months.then,almost 3 months full time in different company.again,there is 2 months break due to work permit expired. finally, continuously 13 months full time. if my experience is counted 26 months (without counting part-time work),then i am qualifying as my experience points are 11(Grand points=68) . if it is not counted,as there is break between work.then, in this case i am missing this opportunity.

Also,I have 17 months experience in different occupation(2172) in India. Can it be used toward points if I apply in above occupation.if it is counted too,then my total points 13 and I am well qualified beyond 67 points.Also,I can valid work experience letter from company but can't show any payslip or tax paper of India work experience.

Please advise me.

For points, you can use experiences with breaks as long as you satisfy a minimum of 1 year continuous, full-time experience in the nominated NOC. You will also get points for your NOC 2172 experience.

To get points, though you would have to submit all the required documents for each position. Only the reference letters are required if it contains all the required information (duties, time period worked, pay and benefits etc). Payslip and tax documents are supplementary and are not required if your reference letters have all the info.
