I have double citizenship (Germany and Croatia) and I am currently in the process for renewing a study permit for the second time. I don't think that I have mentioned my Croatian passport the first time I applied for an extension, but did this last time. So technically it is showing up for the first time on CIC's record. Is this illegal? Will I get trouble with my application? I have no criminal record and both passports are valid!
