Don't have receipt of my online-fee-payment

Hi

I did something really stupid yesterday. I went online and paid for my citicenship fees with my Visa. When the receipt I was supposed to print showed up, I did print two copies, my printer started printing so I closed the Internet Browser. When I checked my printer I saw that there was only a blanc page and nothing else. I was hoping that I will get the same receipt by email, but this wasn't the case. So now I don't have anything to send with my citicenship-application package. Is there a way to go online and retrieve that receipt. Where do I login with my registered name I opened up yesterday?? Thanks in advance for your help.

Don't worry. On http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp scroll to the very bottom and click on "retrieve previous payments". Also, if you included an email address, you should get an electronic copy

do you mean "Order a receipt of payment (IMM 5401)" which will be sent by mail? So there is no way to get the receipt online? I did give them an email-address, so I will wait for a few days and see if it will show up in my inbox. Thanks a lot for your help.

If you scroll all the way down on the fee payment page, you'll see related links and the very last one there is "retrieve previous payments." Otherwise, do a search for it on the page.
