dont have last name .. how to create JOB BANK account

dear friends

I am in process of creating Job bank profile, but i have only first name in my documents, both fields are mandatory, as during creating EE profile i left first name blank but entered first name in last name field but its not working in job bank account.

now m stuck with this..

please help.
