Done my landing...Those that already have PR card...How long to wait?

I landed 26 October. I called them today as I had not received my PR card (51) days. At the time it was 50 days to process according to CIC website. THe lady told me they are in the process of changing their system and that I will have to wait up to 1-2 MONTHS longer! So the 50 days is more like 110

WTF, i landed on 26 oct too, and was hoping to get this week. Now i will have to keep bugging them once in a day, booked my flight on new year. F*** CIC. Bloody lazy a**es

Is anybody here experience to apply for travel document for Permanent Residence?
Particular in the Philippines? This is also my option if the the waiting

I think I am going to make a solemn Declaration for my pr card. I dont have so much time left. My 3 flight date are about to come.
I was wondering if anyone has done that before? Thanks.

What does the declaration actually do? Will you get an official document after you submitted it and use the reply for traveling?

Hey buddy, they landed already and are PRs, they are only waiting for their PR cards. 8)

It took more than 3 months. End of December.
