Done my landing...Those that already have PR card...How long to wait?

Has anyone who landed on June 27, 2013 received his/her PR card?

I'm still waiting for mine...

My wife landed on June 15th and got her PR card last week.

I called CIC and they just calculate date of dispatch as per processing times !!! I am firm believer now that Canadian govt. has outsourced this card making process to INdia or China, otherwise this card just taked 10 minutes to print and load info in it.

I called CIC this morning and they told me it should be mailed in another 2 weeks. Looks like the processing time for the PR Card is 90 days...

Hi Peter,

I got the CoPR sometime first week of June 2013 and I landed on June 27th. Sad part is, I need to travel for work this weekend and I may not be able to do so... There's not really much of a choice... Will have to wait for another 2 weeks.

Exactly!!! I thought that the PR Card processing was going to be faster than the actual PR application processing. Our information is already present in the system, except landing date and POE.. I'm not sure why it would take this long to print the card...

Been calling CIC now twice in the last one week. CIC told me on Friday the card has been printed but not dispatched. They asked me to contact them if I don't receive it in a week.
So i'm expecting it anytime now.

Good, at least they've printed your card. Mine wasn't even printed. I hope you receive your's this week and we receive it latest next week.

Hello there,
I want to ask is somebody in the similar situation. I received my card on August 29 (landed june 15), but my husband no... I called CIC and they told me that it was sending to an extra check.. Anybody?. How long will be take?
Also I had to re-send pictures of my daughter.. How long after that the officer said can be until another 70 days.. or less if they already started the process..

Any thought!!

In what envelope is PR card? Is it a lettermail? expedited parcel? Priority mail? or Expresspost?

How long is it usually received after being sent by CIC?

Ok, I just called the call center to check the status of my PR card. I was told it was mailed on Tuesday and it's a regular post. So I'm guessing it would take anywhere between 5-10 days to receive it.
