I am Sep 2014 CEC applicant and received medical request on 11-Feb-2015. I have undergone the medical test on 20-Feb-2016. I have sent the scan copy of information sheet and receipt to CIC Ottawa and wanted to know if I need to send the original hard copy to CIC Ottawa?
