Does XXX have a Job Offer in Canada

Hello, I ran into this question when filling out my application, I am holding a PGWP without LIMA, and I've been working in Canada for 1.5 years, when answering this question: Does xxx have a job offer in Canada, should I answer "yes" and then specify I do not have LIMA for this job, or do I answer "no" to this question? I tried both way and my points didn't change.
Is "job offer" the same as "valid job offer"? Thank you!

You answer "no" to the job offer question. What you have does not qualify as a job offer under EE.
