If you are applying for CEC, this work experience does not count.
If you are not applying for CEC, this work experience does not count if it was accrued in Canada.
If you are not applying for CEC, this work experience counts as long as it was accrued anywhere but Canada.
Then the work experience will count, yes- as long as this work experience was not accrued in Canada.zworks said:I am looking to apply under either FSW or PNP

zworks said:great thanks, i was and still residing outside Canada, but was working for clients around the world as a freelancer. I am wondering if i should have work experience letter from specified clients or i have to show proof that i worked that much hours of time at a whole, if the former is the case, then i will not be able to collect letters from hundreds of freelance clients!!

If I'm under open work permit for 2 years as accompanying/dependent spouse/partner and worked, say, as a caregiver for two years, that has no bearing for EE application? Or were you just talking about the self employed part? Thanks!
You're fine, the discussion here is only relevant to the question about work experience pre graduation.PTwife said:Hi, I just need clarification with regard to "work exp outside Canada."
