Does Time Between Getting MR & Doing MR Hold Up Application

Hey all,

I received my medical request yesterday and here in Calgary the soonest available time is the end of March. Crazy! If I get RPRF & Biodata in the next two weeks and get that sent in, CIC will only be waiting for my medical results to be uploaded. Does anyone know if you get decision made soon after once biodata etc has been sent in or will my application be delayed due the long waiting time to be seen by a doctor for medical?

Has anyone else submitted RPRF & Biodata before having their medicals uploaded (due to a long waiting time) and then gotten decision made soon after the medicals were done and uploaded?

I got RRFP & Biodata email the date I did my medical which was 3 weeks before my medical was uploaded to CIC. I got the PPR the night of the day doctor uploaded med.
So I think they start security check after they send you the medical request. Then when med is uploaded and security check is done as well, they send you PPR. It depends which comes last.
