old address and a phone number on MR form and RPRF form

I recently received MR, biodata and RPRF. On these forms, they had my old address and a phone number despite my previous attempts to update them with ottawa office.
I have promptly sent them an email updating them once again and asked them if I need to wait for them to change the address and a phone number and send me the new forms in order to do the medical examination, pay the fee and submit the biodata.
The staff at the clinic where I will be undergoing a medical examination said that they will update them for me at my appointment.
will this be an issue?
