Does the work we do on applied status count for our full time work experience later?

I am on my applied status of my work permit and currently doing a full time job. I applied from my study permit and I was on belief the work we do on applied status counts from the day we start a full time job not after we get our work permit so if we were to file other applications. I tried searching sorry if you get this question here a lot. When i asked ppl the same question the answer is pretty divided so if anyone knows please your help will be appreciated.

You mean PGWP? If yes, it can be counted if you are engaged in full-time study.
