Does the time staying Canada before PR count as PR renewal time

I can renew my PR card 9 month befroe it expires

my card expires on jul 06 2024, so I can renew in the october 2023

if I strat coculating 5 years before from oct 2023 that was oct 2018

I didnt recive my pr at that time , but I stayed in canada from oct 2018- oct 2019 does this year can be count

as a year I stay in canada , and does this year is valid for my Pr card renew.

No - only time spent in Canada while having the status as permanent resident counts towards the residency obligation.

But if you are still within your first five years as a PR, any time left to complete the first five years can be counted towards the residency obligation because you can still abide by it through remaining in Canada.

No. Only physical days spent inside Canada AFTER your PR (landing) counts towards your RO.
Do not get confused with days towards citizenship.

I guess you were PR but not received your PR CARD until Jul 2019. If you turned PR on Oct 2018, yes, you can count these days for RO.

OP was in Canada under some other status (student/worker/visitor).

Again time before landing (virtual or actual) does not count toward RO.
