does the sponsor need to fill out IMM 5406 family info too?

hi guys I am just want to ask because I read the instruction in the form 5406 then tje form said the spouse who will not accompany in the app should also fill out the form. so my sponsor will fill that out too?

No, the sponsor does not fill out this form. They say spouse because this form is also used by couples who are immigrating together, so the instructions are ambiguous.
