Does the photocopy need notary?

I tried to prepare the documents using the general document list, but I found some of documents requirement is "photocopy", such as the previous work experience certificate, do I need to do the notary to the photocopy? Or just the photocopy of document is good?

I believe it's a simple photocopy, the ones that need a notary for sure are the "certified copies".
