Hi All,
I am quite sure some of us might have had to take breaks from work to attend personal issues, health problem and so on.
I have 7 years of experience and have 2 gaps in my career. Will that affect my employment prospects in Canada?

Are you able to explain why you have gap ? If it is reasonable (health, personal commitments, maternity, between jobs, laid off (not due to performance) etc) I think recruiters would be okay.
