Does Special time for some Nationality applied to (CPP-O)

I know some Nationalities has 10 days special hold does CPP-O apply that too ?

I sent mine on the 26th of November and they didn't send it back yet I send them a message and they reply by saying it is under regulatory process !!!!!

Anyone has any idea ?

Yes, the extra 10 days applies at Ottawa as well for TRVs.

HI applied on the 26th of November as well. Havnet got my passport back yet for Multiple entry Visa. Please tell me if you got yours back... they havent responded to my email either or fax. I am frustrated
