Does remote work done while being on student visa in Canada count towards foreign work experience for PR?

If I work remotely fulltime with a US based company, while being a fulltime student in Canada, will it count towards foreign work experience when I file my express entry for PR? And I supposed it isn't illegal to work remotely if it isn't a Canadian company.

You can work full time remotely if the company has no Canadian offices, clients or customers. Still file Canadian taxes. It can count as foreign experience.

Does the work that I do remotely count towards foreign work experience, potentially increasing CRS score?

No it'll not, it only counts as foreign experience when you're on work permit

Ask the company. Read their annual reports or it may say on their website
Sorry, I meant how you knew the foreign work experience was eligible while working physically in Canada for a foreign company but studied full-time with a study permit.

Thanks!
