got pr in 2006 sponsored by father
did not meet pr obligation - applied for prtd in 2015 but got rejected and they asked me to appeal
i didnt not go for appeal
does it mean i lost my pr status

if so i am married now husband is in canada under pgwp

can i apply for sowp now,am i eligible?

and can i get pr again?

my husband added my profile as secondary/dependent in express entry along with him as primary applicant
can this affect due to my previous pr status?

too my questions and too complicated please help me

thanks

Yes, having a PR Travel Document application rejected and not appealing that decision results in loss of PR status. Assuming this is what happened, this would now make you a Foreign National.

Losing PR status due to a failure to meet the PR Residency Obligation has no effect on future applications for status in Canada, temporary or PR applications. If you have a spouse who is eligible to sponsor a spouse for PR, then you could pursue applying for sponsored spouse PR. If you are eligible for another class of immigration, such as Express Entry, then you could pursue such an application.

If you are identified as a dependent, as a spouse, in a spouse's application for PR, and you are identified as an accompanying family member, and examined as such, then if the spouse is granted PR you too would be granted PR status.
