when i was 13 years i was a pr of Canada sponsored by my father(Canadian citizen) as i didn't meet my pr obligation i didn't get my pr travel document when i applied in 2015 november and they asked me to appeal within 60 days or else i may loose my status.
i didn't go for the appeal because i was getting married so thought to apply for sowp/trv. and then my husband later can sponsor me pr .
so now my question is can i apply for sowp or no as my husband is in Canada upon pg work permit valid till 2017 November working under noc a
and later can he sponsor me pr again. please reply me asap its very urgent ,your suggestions are very important in my current situation
