I am getting marry in November. My fiance studied 4 years in Australia. He is indian citizen. Last year in australia, he applied for protection visa, which was refused. After that he moved back to India. Does that refused visa could harm his spouse visa application for canada. Please suggest something

It would show that he is determined to live somewhere other than India. You should be sure it is disclosed on his application because they WILL know about it. Be prepared for a likely long processing time as they will want to investigate evey nook and cranny of your relationship to determine it is a real marriage and not one of convenience for him to leave India.Mona1990 said:

Protection visa, I'm assuming that means refugee protection also? Yes in that case, that will affect your visa application in a big way, longer processing times, and you will definitely get an interview.
