Does Prescription Pills Affect Medical Exam?

Hey all,
A couple of years ago, in the US, I was prescribed Xanax and Ambien for anxiety and insomnia. I only took it for about a couple of weeks.

Now I am scared that it will affect my upcoming medical exam. I haven't taken either in years but if asked for a history, I have to tell them. Will this fail my medical?
