Does PR application valid if valid job offer is revoked after getting Ontario Nomination

Asking on behalf -
As CEC candidate , based on valid job offer on closed work permit , got the Ontario PNP nomination.
After that filed , PR application.
Now if employer is planning to lay off , in that case will the PR application be valid as valid job offer (50) points may not be applicable .

So , 50 points(Valid Job offer) will be removed from total CRS score after PNP approval or before that . Please advise.

Does your Provincial Nomination require you to have this job offer or be employed? If the nomination requires this, then YES, you'll be losing these 50 points, and if on top of that you'd lose the additional 50 points for arranged employment, you will most likely fall under the cut-off for your round of invitation.

You should inform IRCC about any changes in your employment status, otherwise, you risk being accused of misrepresentation.

In express entry profile , job offer was added. After that got ontario nomination and approval under ict stream.Then finally got ita invite based on pnp.
Now if job offers points are removed, then will it impact pr as total crs is now 1000 after pnp and removal of 50 points will not impact.
Please advise if above thought is correct.
