i was a genuine student and am a genuine visitor with a valid status....i just wanted to find a way to come back to canada, which i think will be rejected because i have no ties or work left in India
Due to financial crisis, i was not able to apply Spousal PR
I think i just have to cancel my ticket and apply for PR asap
