Does non continuous Canadian experience count for PR

Hi,

I came to Canada for 8 months for and went back to my home country, I worked there for 3 months with the same employer and same NOC, I came back Canada again and worked for the same employer for another 5 months. Am I eligible for 1 year Canadian experience while applying for PR
