Does my working experience count when I did my part-time study?

Hello, every:

I would appreciate it if someone could help me with my concerns. When I was a part-time student, I did one-month of a part-time job. I already have a month of a full-time job experience. Can I use these two experience to apply for the CEC?

If you were working legally while you were a part-time student, you may be able to use that. What kind of work permit did you have?

Also, do you have 1 year of work experience? You can't apply without 1 full year..
