Does my work experience match the STEM NOC code?

Hi All,

I have received the ITA for the recent STEM express entry draw conducted on December 8. This is the NOC code I used as my primary NOC:
21222 – Information systems specialists. This NOC code is considered as part of the NOC code under STEM Category based draws.


I have a Biomedical engineering MS degree in the US and I worked as a Software Quality Engineer with a Medical devices company where I work on testing of IT software used in medical devices. I also have an electrical engineering degree from India with 3 years of work experience in Software QA in India.

This is the requirements of the STEM NOC code 21222 for Information Systems Specialists:
"
Information systems specialists analyze, test and assess systems requirements, develop and implement information systems development plans, policies and procedures, and provide advice on a wide range of information systems issues. They are employed in information technology consulting firms and in information technology units throughout the public and private sectors, or they may be self-employed.
