Does MPNP - EOI require WES Assessment?

I am planning to apply under Manitoba Support Stream, Would just like to know if MPNP - EOI requires WES evaluation?

I pray that in between 2-14 days from today, most of us in the list will receive the initial LAA release!

As promised by MPNP 2015, the draws will be every 3 weeks, or a total of 15 draws per year, up to 25 draws per year which has a frequency of a draw every after 2 weeks or 2x per month!
