Hi all!

Sorry if my question seems dumb but I am utterly confused and maybe just probably tired. I am applying for citizenship next month, I applied for PR in 2014. I see that they need language tests again but I am confused about two things:

- do they need English AND French, or just one of the two? I keep re-reading the Language section here , and I can't understand when they say "Test results from the following list are acceptable" if they mean one of the test results, or multiple, such as CELPIP or IELTS + TEF.

- I took the CELPIP-General test in May 2014 when I applied for PR. Do you think I could submit the same test results again? They don't really mention when the tests need to be taken, and I would really appreciate not to spend another 300$ in a language test...

Thanks for your help guys!!

Hi, you are good to submit the copy of your general language you took in 2014 if you have scored enough to meet the citizenship requirements.

Cheers..

Depends! If you are applying for citizenship some later point, you can resubmit the results!

Same as above

Hope I answered your Qs

Thank you both for your answers!! Glad to hear I can re-submit the same test results (I scored high enough for citizenship). So no need for a French test if I took the English test right?

This is all great news :)
