Does independent contract work count under FSW for EE?

I applied through this and have one year working as a contractor for a company abroad based in Mauritius and am currently doing so for another in the U.S.A

I put this under my FSW and got my ITA and is asking for proof of employment such as reference letters and stuff

So was wondering can this work or how does it work exactly?

You can include it if it lists duties but ask for job letter too. Show contract, invoices/paylsips, bank statements, taxes paid etc. You need a document that proves the NOC.

1. I was an independent contractor does that count for FSW. Saw you say yes before

2. I was paid by e-transfer so use bank statemens I presume.

1. Yes. If you can prove it.
2. Ok then include statements.
3. Job letter with posted duties to match NOC, time worked and salary. Reference letter tells you that you you were a good worker etc.
