My husband has work permit through his current company in Ontario,now his future company based in BC has applied for LMIA last month.
I(his wife has SOWP )and 2minor kids(VISIT VISA) have visa stamped on our passport valid till dec2020 based on his current company will b travelling on jan 2020 for the first time.
Will there b any issue as my husbands future company has already applied for LMIA?CAN i travel in jan2020???
