I worked in US at an IT firm on an H1b visa for few months but after visiting to my home country India, my H1b visa stamping got refused by the US embassy. Hence will the 2 questions in the statutory section for the CIC which state -
"Has the person been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa (which happens to be the category of H1b visa i suppose), to Canada or any other country?"
and "Has the person ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?"
would amount to an answer as "YES" to both of the above questions?
