Does Family Class have a Point System? (Quebec)

Does the Family Class Sponsorship have a point system? Or is it based purely on income and relationship?

This is for Quebec, if this changes anything.

there is no point system or income requirement for spousal sponsorship. approval is based on relationship validity.

Applying through Quebec does not change these facts. There is only additional paperwork required for Quebec sponsorship.
