Does eTA count as a tourist visa for citizenship application?

I'm going to apply for my citizenship, and I will use my days as a temporary resident for the calculation (up to 365 days, each day counts as 0.5 days). My first visa was an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization). Does it count as a tourist visa when calculating the time spent inside the country? Thanks
