Hi! I have a question and hope you can help! I live in Canada with family and I'm planning to apply PR for myself. If I applied alone, My dependents are eligible to stay in Canada? Kindly suggest.

They will not be eligible to remain in Canada based on your PR application if you are listing them as non-accompanying.

They will have to qualify to extend their status in Canada on their own.

My dependent has Valid Visitor Visa.. In that case they are eligible?

The visitor visa only allows them to remain in Canada for a few months (assuming they were allowed into Canada for the default six months). They will need to apply to extend their stay in Canada at the end of these six months.
