Does Co-op experience count?

Hi, I am an international student. Completed my studies and was going through the CRS calculator to find out my score. I am stuck in this questions "In the last 10 years, how many total years of skilled work experience do you have?". I have completed 2 paid co-op work terms. Can I count those while calculating my total years of skilled work experience? For example, if I have one year of full time experience and 8 months of co-op experience.

You cannot count it as valid work experience.
