Does CIO send an email in case of returning my application?

Hello all,

I sent my application to CIO by Provincial Nominee program. I want to know, if CIO return my application (for example, because it incomplete), do they send me email with reasons of return, or just will pack my documents to envelope, will put address label and will bring it to post office?

Just I worry because I dont have any information about my process.
